Plum Cake

A really good, super moist cake that can replace the traditional Christmas pudding
Recipe By Mrs. Charles Smith

2 cups Bisquick 3/4cup veg oil
2 small jars baby food plums3 eggs
1 Tbsp. cinnamon1 cup chopped nuts
2 cups sugar

Mix all ingredients by hand. Do NOT use a mixer. Put into a greased and floured bunt pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 50-55 minutes. Remove from pan immediately and pour glaze over cake.

GLAZE Approx 1 cup 10X sugar, 1 Tbsp. lemon juice, and enough milk to get pouring consistency.   
OR Frost with cream cheese icing.
